  1. hmmm…maybe what she sees is the REAL you…and what you expect from yourself…is an old habit. Depression, on or off meds, can become a habit for me. I am USED tobeing sad all the time…making a choice NOT to be sad. To just accept my life as it is, and sit in it for a while, is both empowering…and frikking hard 🙂
