In blogs like mine, there are lots of depressing posts and others with bad news. At the bottom of each post, though, is this button called “Like”. When the post is loaded with negative stuff, what does “Like” mean if one clicks it? First and foremost it doesn’t mean you “Like” the bad things happening to me.
To me it means you’re glad I wrote whatever it was. That it somehow helped you understand me or yourself. That you feel for me. If that’s the case, by all means please click like.
That is a big like, as you can tell.
Many thanks!
I couldn’t agree more. Is it okay to repost this to a page on my blog? Let me know.
Thanks! Feel free to repost this or any other posts.
Thanks for writing this explanation. I have often pondered whether to click “like” when the post is about terrible happenings.
You are most welcome!
