Went in for my first “serious” upper body workout. Started out with a little cardio and then seven upper body exercises, three sets. Got chewed out for not eating more protein prior to the workout. Apparently, I’d have been able to do nine exercises had I known to eat the protein. As it is now, I have doubts I’ll be able to feed myself tomorrow. Another two exercises with three sets each would not have been welcome.
I’m so glad to hear you are hitting the gym. You’ll be “buff” before you know it.
You will be “big & buff” before you know — just eat that protein … and veggies ,too.
